Delays, rejection, removal, restrictions, or changes by third-party platforms may occur outside Desiwood's control.

If Desiwood receives a credible copyright complaint, ownership dispute, infringement notice, platform notification, or other rights-related concern, we may investigate the matter and may temporarily restrict, suspend, or remove the affected content where appropriate.

Where applicable, users may be required to confirm the human authorship and ownership of submitted content and provide supporting information or documentation.
Desiwood reserves the right to reject, restrict, suspend, or remove content where there is reasonable evidence that the submitted material violates this AI-generated content policy or applicable third-party platform requirements.
Where applicable, revenue and royalty reporting may be based on information received from digital platforms, distributors, rights organizations, or other third-party services.
Third-party reporting and payment schedules may vary.
Desiwood does not guarantee any particular amount of revenue, royalty, stream, view, or payment.
Where a third-party rights organization or collecting society independently manages and pays royalties, such payments remain subject to that organization's membership requirements, policies, calculations, schedules, and eligibility criteria.
Desiwood may suspend or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence of:
