To ensure your music is accepted by global platforms, your tracks must be in uncompressed WAV or FLAC format (16-bit, 44.1 kHz or higher). Standard MP3 or MP4 files are strictly rejected by streaming stores.
Your artwork must be a perfect square image with a minimum size of 3000 x 3000 pixels (JPEG or PNG). It must not be blurry and cannot contain any social media handles, website URLs, pricing, or logos of other brands.
Yes, Desiwood automatically generates and assigns ISRC and UPC codes to all your releases to ensure they are tracked correctly. These codes are provided completely free of charge with absolutely no extra fees.
Absolutely. You retain 100% ownership, master rights, and copyrights of your music. Desiwood never claims ownership of your intellectual property. Your royalty earnings are calculated and paid securely based on the percentage specified in your signed distribution agreement.
Our moderation team reviews your release within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days to appear on all major platforms. We highly recommend uploading your music at least 14 days before your release date.
Royalty payments are processed on a Quarterly Basis and updated on your dashboard in the first
week of the respective cycle:
March (for Oct to Dec earnings)
June (for Jan to Mar earnings)
September (for Apr to Jun earnings)
December (for Jul to Sep earnings)
Once your dashboard balance reaches the minimum threshold of $100 USD or €100 Euro, you can
manually request a withdrawal to your registered Bank Account or UPI.
Yes. Eligible original releases can be enrolled in YouTube Content ID. This system scans YouTube and automatically monetizes any videos uploaded by other users that feature your music, sending the revenue straight to your account.
To distribute a cover song, you need a mechanical license. If you use someone else's beats, you must have a valid leasing agreement. Please note that AI-generated music, unauthorized copyrighted material, or remixes without permission will be strictly rejected.
Yes, your music can be removed from streaming platforms. However, all takedown requests are processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in your distribution agreement.
